United Way agencies affect one of every three people living here so chances are your gift will affect YOUR family and YOUR neighbors. In Southeast Missouri, we focus on STRENGTHENING FAMILIES. That means children need to be ready to learn, parents need help managing finances, our elderly and disabled deserve dignity and independence, and our community needs the opportunity to help.

Your voice, time and money are more valuable than you think. Please consider giving through volunteering, a donation or advocacy. 

Volunteer. Be a big sibling or serve meals to the needy. Maybe clerical duties landscaping are more your speed. No matter what your skills are, there's someone out there that needs YOU.

Donate. We invest in programs that demonstrate results. Whether it's $10 or $1,000, your money is sent straight to our partners that need it.

Advocate. You don't need to be a Washington lobbyist to advocate for an issue that touches your heart. Start a task force or host a blog. Advocacy could be as simple as sneaking your cause into everyday conversation. Something matters to you, and chances are it will matter to others.
